Chef's Note
I love this dish - it's easy to make
full of flavour and
guaranteed to tickle everyone's taste buds at the table.
This can either be plated per person or served on a large
platter for the centre of the table - best served with bruschetta (soft olive
oil smothered Italian Ciabatta - oven roasted).
Wine Pairing - serve best with un-oaked
or very
lightly oaked Chardonnay - a light red e.g.: Pinot
Noir can also be enjoyed
