My background is in the Hotel/Hospitality industry and started working as a chef at Centurion Lake Hotel. Later I went over to Scotland where I got involved in restaurants. I have worked my way up the corporate ladder, from store manager to owner of my own store. I have been brought in by Rhapsody’s Franchising to oversee the development of an exciting, growing brand!
