Calamari Salad
Fresh herb-marinated calamari, squeezed with lemon juice, tossed with a creamy garlic sauce in mixed salad leaves and lightly sprinkled with almonds. GHC 18

Camembert & Pesto Chicken
Chicken strips sautéed in pesto sauce, served with sun-dried tomatoes, delicately sliced camembert cheese and juicy tomatoes on a bed of greens. GHC 18

Thai Beef Salad
Asian-inspired slices of tender beef strips pan-fried with julienne peppers in a sweet chilli and soya sauce. Served on coriander and sprout greens then topped with mandarin segments and roasted cashew nuts. GHC 22

Smoked Chicken Salad
Basic green salad, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and onions topped
with sliced smoked chicken breast, served with a tangy curry and
peach mayonnaise dressing. GHC 22
