Meat lovers pay attention – we’re going to make you an offer you can't refuse! All meat cuts are wet-aged for a minimum of three weeks. All plain steaks are basted with Rhapsody's house basting, and can be ordered in the style or with the sauce of your choice.
Served with a starch of your choice or roasted vegetables.

Bacon & Mushroom
300g Rump steak topped with crispy bacon bits and served with a mushroom and port sauce. SQ

Cheese, Biltong & Avocado
280g Beef Fillet steak dusted with biltong, topped with ripe avocado and a mouth-watering cheese sauce. SQ

Cheese & Pepper
600g T-Bone Topped with Emmenthal cheese and a creamy pepper sauce. SQ

Avocado & Brie Fillet
Tender 280g fillet stuffed with brie, topped with avocado, grilled to perfection. SQ

Jalapeno Rump
Succulent 300g rump stuffed with a trio of jalapeños, mozzarella and capsicums, and finished off with a rich cheese and spicy jalapeño sauce. SQ

Prime 280g beef fillet rubbed in coarse salt and black pepper and flambéed in brandy to add flair. SQ

Steak, Egg and Chips
The steak, egg and chips classic – wet-aged, grain-fed 300g Sirloin steak grilled, topped with a fried egg sunny-side up and served with chips. SQ

Beef Espetada
For big appetites, 450g wet-aged cubes of rump are dusted with black pepper and coarse salt, skewered between bay leaves and then flame-grilled and served with garlic butter. SQ

Lamb shank
Slow-cooked lamb shank with baby onions, carrots, garlic and rosemary -served in a balsamic and pinotage jus on a bed of mashed potatoes. SQ

Pork Ribs
600G Pork belly ribs, slow cooked and marinated in our house rib basting – delicious! SQ
